Algeria: Oil and Gas Deal with Vietnam Marks Expanding Bilateral Ties

On 19 November 2025, Algeria’s Sonatrach and Vietnam’s PetroVietnam Exploration Production Corporation Ltd. (PVEP) signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen cooperation across the oil and gas sector.
