On 9 September, US-coordinated meeting regarding national political reconciliation took place in Rome between Ibrahim Dbeibah, advisor to Libya’s Tripoli-based Prime Minister Abdulhamid Dbeibah, and Saddam Haftar, son of eastern Libyan leader Khalifa Haftar.
